Our Guarantee - We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied. All of our fitness and walking products can be returned or exchanged within 45-days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping charges). All items returned must be sent back in their original packaging in "brand new" condition. Purchases returned in damaged packaging will not be accepted.
Items listed as "All Sales Final" cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
General Return Information - All returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt. If you requested a refund, one will be issued to you in the same payment format in which your order was placed. If you requested an exchange, one will be sent to you and you will not incur any new shipping and handling fees.
If we shipped you any of our fitness or walking product(s) in error or a defective item, we will return the item(s) back to us via prepaid USPS return or UPS call tag. Please contact our Customer Service Department to request an authorized return pick up. CLICK HERE for numbers and hours.
Footwear Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
- Returned footwear will be accepted up to 45 days from date of customer receipt.
- Selected Discontinued footwear will be assessed a 25% restocking fee if returned or exchanged. Exchanges will require payment of return shipping charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee. The 25% restocking fee is posted in RED text on the product information page and noted on the customer email confirmation receipt.
- Product(s) MUST be returned in new and re-saleable condition with original invoice and in its original un-damaged packaging (including all its contents) in order to qualify for a refund. Please DO NOT use the shoe box as the actual mailing box (example: taping the shoe box closed and affixing the mailing label directly to the shoe box). This will damage the packaging and disqualify the purchaser from any refund or result in a $20.00 replacement shoe box fee, which will be deducted prior to any refund.

How To Return Merchandise To Us - We've made sending returns or exchanges back to us as easy and convenient as possible. Choose between Standard Processing or Priority Return Service:
Standard Processing
Please return all walking and fitness products to us it its original packaging. Simply fill out the form on the back of your invoice and securely package the item(s) being returned in a quality box (you can use the original box that we sent to you). Please do not send shoe boxes through the mail, as these are not sturdy and tend to get destroyed and lost. Send your package to:
